Payment

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Paypal as payment. If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know within 6 hours, as after this time your order will most likely have been processed and put together. If you cancel your order after this time, we might not be able to offer you a refund.

Shipping Policy

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days, although dependent on the volume of orders we receive, it may take a couple of days longer. We ask that you allow up to 5 working days for an order in the United Kingdom to arrive, and up to 10 working days for overseas.

Please contact us if your order is outside of its estimated delivery time. Shipping upgrades are available, including courier services (at special request). The shipping rates do not cover tracking number and insurance. We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or misplaced packages. Proof of postage can be provided if required.

Please check that your shipping address is correct when ordering. Buyers will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if an order is not received or returned to us due to an incorrect address. If you accidentally provide the wrong address when ordering, please message us as soon as possible. We take no responsibility for orders dispatched to incorrect addresses.

If an item is returned to us as unclaimed or not collected from required depot/ post office, a refund will be offered for the items purchased ONLY. The shipping fee will be deducted from the total and not refunded.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Please be aware that you are responsible for any and all international taxes and import fees that might be incurred. Every country varies in the amounts and laws. You might want to check the cost and policy before you place an order. The Import and Vat taxes are not included in the price.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your item, we offer a full refund for any items returned up to 21 days after dispatched. Unfortunately, due to adulteration and tampering, we are not able to refund attars/ oils, incense sticks, sacred stones, resins, henna cones, temporary tattoos or any products of a perishable nature. The item needs to be in an unused condition when returned. We will give a full refund when the item has been returned to us, but the cost of return postage is the buyers responsibility. We check all of our products before they are dispatched or put on the shelves. If for any reason, you find a fault or problem with an item once you received it, you are able to return or exchange the items within 21 days of purchase.However, if a fault or problem is found after the 21 days period, we unfortunately can no longer refund or exchange your item. If an item has been specifically made to order or has been personalized, then we will not be able to offer a refund on this item. If your order is returned or is undeliverable, you will need to repay the shipping costs for it to be resent.

How will I be refunded?

Your balance will be refunded within 7 days after you returned the items. The refund will be payable via bank transfer/ Paypal. If your payment was originally paid in cash, your refund will be offered to you via bank transfer/ Paypal.
